Alternative title : PANZER PRINCESS [2006]
Studios : Toshiba et Geneon ent. / Studio Barcelona Author : Ôwada Hideki 4 x 2 OAV + 4 bonuses (100 minutes total) What do you mean by “we only review psycho animes?! not at all ! And we can proove it; do you really think the girl on the left looks like a serial killer ?? ^^. |
![]() |
SUNNY SIDE : her name’s punie and she’s a princess. The magical realm’s princess! and she’s been sent on earth to train herself and one day claim the realm’s throne, so she’s gonna put her magical powers to the test while fighting the gang that rules the college |
she’s in.(poor little thing ;() Hopefully, she’s so gentle and kawaii everyone is fond of her, her tiny pet mascot included. Yeah, like in Sakura ^^. Except she’s not into cards but…vegetables. I must say I just love the potato.

DARK SIDE : All right, I didn’t told you about everything. There’s blood splattered everywhere. Cracking bones, cries and death too. In fact, she’s on earth to send us all to…hell. She’s just one violent bitch that tortures everything on her way^^. Can you say bloodelicious?. BTW, her pet only dreams of slaughter her |
but that’s just a point of detail. And a lot more is at the corner, waiting for you. Even more gore than berserk, say hello to Punie, the magical girl !
Now you put that into your mental shaker, and what you get is a violently entertaining anime.
Making fun of the magical-ecchi-kawaii genre, Dai Mahou Touge is a politically incorrect comedy. The magical Realm is a fascist state and Punie’s nickname is “the japanese submission empress”. The anime is criticizing the American empire - which is more visible in the four Omake.
PS: I strongly not recommend this anime to hematophobics (They know who they are) and to children, of course (Some characters are even more unpolite than a highway prostitute ^^.)

One of my favourite comedy anime after Excel Saga and Puni Puni Poemi. Her wrestling moves could send all of the WWE wrestlers into early retirement.

I just caught the first few episodes with some of my friends and it was pretty hillarious! My favorite bit had to be the part where Punie creates these cute mongooses, then they go onto rip apart the cobras! lol

lol “do you speak macdo” ?

It reminds me of Puni Puni Poemi or Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-Chan. Both of which were truly epic in their hyper violent sense f humour. I’ll have to grab some more of this. ^_^
